Laying the foundations of voice intelligence

Founding of Groupe Allo-Media, specialised in publishing sector-specific professional phone directories.
2013
Development of call tracking solutions and local landing pages for performance-based lead generation (pay-per-call), establishing strong expertise in performance marketing.
2014 - 2016
Innovating with speech recognition
2014
Launch of a Call Intelligence SaaS solution for detailed call tracking and analysis, alongside a seed funding round with Kima Ventures.
2016
Introduction of Vocal Cookie technology, enabling brands to connect digital journeys and marketing campaigns to the content of customer calls. 12 awards and distinctions received. Onboarding of researchers from LIUM and LAUM. Development of proprietary speech recognition engines tailored to customer needs.
2017 - 2018
Acceleration and technological breakthroughs

Achievement of a word error rate below human level for the French language, setting a new standard in voice transcription.

Shift to real-time with MRCP v2, delivering faster and more accurate speech recognition. Partnership with Inserm to develop AlloCovid, a COVID-19 pre-diagnosis tool covered by more than 100 media outlets.
